how many miles do struts last

I have 76,000 miles on my 2006 Corolla, which has McPherson struts in the front with torsion bar suspension on rear. They are beginning to get 'spongy' for lack of a better word, just a little and I can tell the difference in the ride...as subtle as it is. So just a comparison, I am going to put new ones on soon. They are OEM

They last until they wear out or leak. I would expect that to be between 50,000 and 100,000 miles.
