How does the 2006 compare with 1999 and 2008?

The 1999 was a very bland looking vehicle and performance was lack-luster as well. It sold well, but mostly to the older crowd. The newer body styles of the 2006 and 2008 Avalon are definitely more aggressive. It will be interesting to find out if the average owner age will drop below 50. I would suggest that you use a website like Edmunds.com in order to reach your own conclusion.
