toyota camry 2007 won't start, battery is new

Check out the alternator. The AAA has a great battery service and will check out your charging system, it's a benefit to their members. Call them.
Is it cranking over and firing up, or is it just dead and not turning over at all? One scenario can be fuel pump, the other electrical.
2 weeks ago it happened for the first time, after I changed my battery 1 week ago I haven't had this problem. Today it happened again, I was able to start the car with a charger.
Okay, charge up your battery again. If it starts up, go to your local Autozone or parts store and have them test your alternator with the engine running. It should read 14 volts or higher. If less, you will need a new alternator. If you charge the battery and still get a no start, your issue may be your starter motor. If you can get help, hold the key to the ON position like you're starting the car. As you hold the key, have a friend rap the starter motor with a hammer. If the engine suddenly turns over, you have a bad starter and it will need replacement.
My car will not turn over all of my lights work and it has a new battery. I don't have any help I'm a disabled woman and I can't even crank it to get it tested. What do I do. Josi
