Is it a tapping or a ticking? And where exactly do you hear it? There have been reports of ticking in the rear suspension in 2007 Camrys. A site that offers some info on this is http://www.tundrasolutions.com/forums/local_links/links/16. Go there and look under the title: SU006-06 REAR SUSPENSION TICK NOISE

It sounds like a small screwdriver tapping on a piece of metal, but muffled. It last about two minutes while the car is moving. After that it is barely audible. It comes from the lower passinger side under the hood.Any answers?
