Must the DEALER FEE be included in the advertised price ?

Must the DEALER FEE be included in the advertised price shown in  
CarGurus's website?
I got a price break down from the dealership and I am having a little bit
confuse about it. By Florida State Law, the advertised price must be included
with dealer fee, but in the break down, the advertised sale price is in one line
itself + $1500 Doc Fee + $800 Non Tax Fee + SALE TAX.
I would be more than happy to receive any feedback from all of you. Thank
you.

Florida's Laws do not apply outside of the State of Florida. If you are looking at vehicles in other States you are probably seeing the price of the vehicle only. It's also up to the selling Dealer to provide their pricing in their ads. Cargurus is an advertising site only. Similar to Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. So if the selling Dealer is located in Florida, they're the one who is breaking the law. You can also contact your local Office of Consumer Affairs and see what they say about it. Hope that helps!! Jim
