How can I start my jeep if the clutch interlock switch does not work?

The jeep also wont start in 4Lo. I originally suspected it was the clutch interlock
but placing it in 4Lo should have bypassed it. Everything else seems to be
working. I drove my jeep about an hour prior with no problems.
