My 2007 jeep wrangler 4 door has after market half doors with the soft top inserts and I have found they leak really bad...any way to stop this?

Half door really do not seal well. You may want to attempt to bend / reform the upper removalable door frame to fit a little tigher. That could help but half doors leak. Some people love half doors other don't
