I have a 2010 jeep Wrangler unlimited my alternator
went and when I got a new one my stereo doesn't work
comes on for 3 seconds and then shuts off I
disconnected the battery checked all the fuses and
everything is fine. Please help.

Check the voltage at the battery with engine running. It should be 13 to 14.6 volts. If it is over 15 volts then the alternator is putting out too much voltage which can shut down the radio and other devices.
