Jeep Not Starting after Changing the battery

Hi Guys,
I Changed my battery after it went flat.
The jeep was running before changing the battery.
After Changing the battery its not starting. There are lights on the dash
board but when i try to start its blank.
There is no cranky noise either when trying to start.
Someone please help me with this

It possible that you need your ECM reflashed. Ehen you change your battery or it dies, so does some of the stored information...

a problem like this happened before, turned out to be a bad battery in the key FOB, and it just needed to be reprogrammed. Which was able to be done by taking the negative terminal off the battery for 1 minute. Once the battery was hooked back up, the Jeep started right up.
