Will P225 55R18 fit my jeep

The stock tire size is P225 70 R 18 but I have snow tires that are P225 55 R
18 from a previous vehicle. The reason I ask is that these winter tires I own
already work great on ice and deep snow.

The snow tires are a lot shorter than the other tires. You can use them but your speedometer will be off and you will lose some ground clearance.
