Is my head gasket blown?

So everytime I put water in my radiator, and
crank my car, it all starts running out of my
exhaust. It just keeps comming until I'm
pretty much empty. It's not milky or sweet,
it's just plain water. My fuel cutoff light is on
and my car won't start. Could this be my
head gasket?

gasket..cracked head... warped head..cracked block.....
Head gasket, cracked head or cracked block. It is never good when coolant leaves the cooling system via the exhaust pipe.
