On a brand new vehicle, look at the sticker on the driver's door jam that has the VIN. In the upper corner of the sticker will be a date, month and year. That'll give you a good idea. If the date is 08/24, for example, it's probably been there since August or maybe early September. But that would be a 2025 model now. For a used vehicle a vehicle history report, such as Carfax will tell you. Jim
Some states the vehicle has to be inspected before being offered for sale. Look at the date on the inspection sticker.
