What wrong with my car head lights blinking on and off

My headlight are blinking on and
off while driving

You will need to look for a loose or corroded connection in the light circuit. Not easy. If both bulbs are acing this way at the same time, start with the place the lead wires separate and go to both bulbs. The problem is upstream from there. Also check any relays and fuses for solid connections.
