Im looking for a 2001 or so M3. Why does it seem every one for sale either has a SGM transmission or is a convertable?

I want a hard top with a manual transmission! Is that to hard to ask?! If you have one and are thinking about selling it LET ME KNOW!!! I sold my 1995 m3 to upgrade to this but im thinking it might be a while before i own a car again.

But a lot of people that went out and got them got the SGM transmission because it was just about the fastest shifting transmission at the time. but i hope that link helps you out.
Thanks, and its kinda funny i have already talked with the person selling that car. The whole divorced thing and moving to Florida, so selling her husbands car.
