changed accelerator switch & the throttle body on a 2006 toyota corolla it will idle but wont accelerate in park

2006 toyota corolla car died on road wouldnt start, canged fuel pump still
wouldnt start changed acellerator switch started up but just idles, changed
throttle body now only accelerates to about 1500 rpm

Check for blown ( ETCS ) Electric Throttle Control System fuse.
