94 5.0 mustang

Redid the heads connected everything back battery
at 11.9 volts tried cranking spins motor does not
crank like it's not enough voltage.. connected
jumper cables to cables directly and same problem
any ideas?

did you try jumping the starter relay, sometimes this will do the trick, solinoid i mean on fire wall, they go bad. direct jump to starter will only spin, doesn't engage drive.

Yes battery low that's y I used a running v8 suburban connected directly to battery cables to jumper cables yo battery on truck
