why cant i get fire on my 1994 ford probe ,replaced coil,ignition module and put new distributor n,still have no fire coming from coil

i was driving it,the tack dropped but car kept running for a while and then it shut off,replaced many parts ,but still have no fire

have you tried the distributor? i had a 94 ford probe with 2.0 in it and had this problem. when i would drive the car i would occasionally get a orange "POWER" light that would come on in the instrument panel and then one day it just died i found the problem was the distributor. inside the cap is (on mine) a laser that looks through a disk that tells the engine to fire. this was bad on my car and i replaced it with a used one from a scrap yard..no help but i found that the new distributor was not the correct style..if you have the laser style you must put this style back in or it wont work here is a picture of the style i had and possibly you do too

ty for ur input on my question but i bought a brand new distributer,the same exact one that was n the car and that wasnt the problem.Ive done replaced the ignition module,coil,distributer and computer and nothing works,still have no fire

ok well have you tried the cam sensor or the crank sensor? if these are bad they will not tell your ignition system to spark

hey dude,the cam and crank sensor is n the distributor on my probe,the distibutor is brand new so its not that
