Start by check that power is going to your coil packs first, if so then it might be the ignition module, this has to have power before the coil gets fire.

i would double check and make sure you have the right distributor these cars had multiple distributor types and not all will work on all cars here is the problems i had- i had a 94 ford probe with 2.0 in it and had this problem. when i would drive the car i would occasionally get a orange "POWER" light that would come on in the instrument panel and the car would hesitate and then rsume normal driving and then one day it just died i found the problem was the distributor. inside the cap is (on mine) a laser that looks through a disk that tells the engine to fire you cannot buy just this part i tried. this was bad on my car and i replaced it..no help but i found that the new distributor was not the correct style..if you have the laser style you must put this style back in or it wont work
I have a 96 Ford probe n I am only getting spark out of one cylinder what can cause this
I have 94 probe gt it won't start just stopped running one day new computer plugs wires fuel pump fuel relays. If my distributor is bad will it cause it not to start?
Ford probes are notorious for faulty distributors. I'm unsure about the 94 model GT but the 96 model GT there are definitely failures with this distributor. Not only does it have the coil inside of it but it also has the cam sensor add new ignition control module. There is also pickup module on the harmonic balancer mounted to the crankshaft which they are also noted for notorious failures
