Sometimes u can buy a rear brake cylinder repair kit and fix the one that is on the van without taking the cylinder off. Check your local parts store.

it is best to by a new wheel Cylinder and just change it out, if it was i would change both sides out, you don't want the other side to start to leak a damage your new shoes
