Some condensation from the exhaust is normal, an excessive amount of water is not - in that case check and see if it is coolant. Coolant will have an odor, glow under UV light, or sickly-sweet taste. If there is some white smoke coming from exhaust in addition to the water, you most likely have a head gasket issue. If that appears to be the case, run a compression test, most parts store may lend or rent out a tester or you can buy one, they're fairly cheap.

Thanks a lot. Yes, a lot of white smoke coming with water, but I live 40 kilometers far from a mechanic garage. it's safe to move the vehicle runing such distance? Rgds.

Number one thing to watch is for overheating. Take extra coolant with you and check radiator level often. Chances are high it's going to need new head gaskets, which is half-way to an engine rebuild. So decide if you want to invest that kind of money into a 25 year old Ranger. You may be able to find a replacement motor for the same amount of money (or less). Before making that trek maybe look into replacement engine options or dumping the truck for something else.
