Son has a '94 Ford Ranger, 4wd, 4.0L w/ Mile Marker manual locking hubs. He had a bearing go and it damaged the spindle front driver side. Can't find the part. Any economical ideas?

place to find Ranger parts would be
helpful. Also, how can we be sure of
ratio as this seems to be a pertinent
