Hi dashnaw. The passenger compartment fuse box on your Monte Carlo is to the right side of the instrument panel under a cover. Hope that helps! Good luck!

I have the same car. you have to open the passengers door you will see the fuse box on left.

I have the same car you have to open the passengers door and look on left in corner of door. crazy place to put it I thought. if I didnt have the manual I would have never looked there. ladybiker64

Open the passenger door. THe fuse panel is located on the area of the dash that is covered when the passenger door is closed.

I have a 03 monte and I have a short in the fuse box somewhere I was told I can buy the whole fuse box but I had to take it to a dealer to reprogram it is this true?
