Fuel issue. I would do a preasure test and see key on engine off psi and see how it holds pressure after the key is off. However a cheap and easy guess would be fuel filter, good to change those every now and then anyhow.

changed the fuel filter also, when iam driving the car shuts off so as iam driving i slid it into nuetral and restart the key and it does start rightup. ???
If you could still check fuel pressure that would be great. The pump may not be what it used to be. Does it have a problem with a specific rpm or is it more like it doesnt run well under a load?
next , change the ignition module under the ignition coil. also, the fuel filter to be safe.
