auxiliary cable

Is there a way to plug in an auxiliary cable into a stock stereo on a 1999 Monte Carlo? I don't want to go through all of the trouble of removing the stereo and dash if someone knows. If so, any special ways of removing the dashboard?

The only way I know of adding an auxiliary jack is by using an auxiliary adapter. Your probably gonna have to get at the back of the radio to install it though.
