Need to change thermostat,2002 monte ls 6cyl. 4.3 ,how do u get to bolts? What size wrench

How to change thermostat,where's bolts located,what size
wrench....thermostat is rusted shut.  I'm 67 female trying to help out guys my
hands are smaller..want to be sure have right bolts

labor is around 4/10s ..just take it in somewhere ..if noone know what to do ,to be safe...sorry..
