Power steering

Asked by Kaymacey Apr 22, 2016 at 07:12 PM about the 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo LS FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When my foot is not on the gas of my 2003 Monte
Carlo I have no power steering. It randomly
happens and randomly goes away. Power steering
fluid is good. Is it maybe the pump or the belt?

Try adding some Lucas Power Steering stop leak into the power steering pump reservoir it not only stops leaks but also helps unstick sticking valves in the rack and pinion which will correct hard steering.
