Thermostat is choked off due to corrosion.
ok well that would be first to check , the thermostat has not been chaged since the car was bought. If not that what else could there be.. just so i have a few options to look threw.
Is the coolant full in the reservoir? Does the engine have valves to bleed air? Is the water pump leaking? Sometimes air in the cooling system will cause overheating.
coolant is full , engine valves im not sure never looked and dont know to much about cars. And no the water pump dont leak, there are no leaks that i can find , no spots under car after parked.
Does it have a electric cooling fan that might not be working?
My coolant fans are not coming on
