with such limited info all i can say is ...replace spark plugs,,fuel and air filter...

Ok thanks one more thing the trac off shows on on the dash bored and when I hit the trac off the car doesn't change or the light doesn't turn on and off I shows the light all the time

also check all tires for 35 lbs hot...(same pressure) and make sure brake and ps fluid are full..
