Dash light won't shut off

When the keys are pulled out the dash
lights won't shut off. Help please or
suggestions greatly appreciated

Also if you turn your head lights on do you dash lights go out? And no tail lights?

Just wondering if you ever figured out this issue? I'm having the same problem in my 04 and its killing my battery everyday.
