How to access the light bulbs on dash behind the driver and passenger temperature controls on a 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo

I have a 2005 Chevy Monte Carlo SS with Dual Climate Temperature Controls on the dash. I am wanting to replace the light bulb behind the passenger temperature control and would like to know how to access to replace the bulb.

You have to figure out how to pop the outside trim off, should just snap in place, then you can get at the screws to pull out the control, and so the light bulbs are on the back side.
