what could be the problem?

i have a 98 chevy pickup died on me while driving im not getting any spark coming out of
my distributor to my spark plugs coil is good,fuel psi good,wires good rotor and cap good
but my rotor is not turning when i crank it and won't turn with my hand ether. only thing i
can think of is broken teeth on rotor or broken timing chain.
