check what is the matter with your
engine,by using the reset miles button on

If your talking about the odometer reset that's just to help you have start point for keeping track of something. Like how many mies since oil change, miles traveled, etc.

I have a 96 chevy . It has a "hold to reset" button by odometer. If this is wat u have it's a 'count up' feature to again just allow u to just keep track by mileage, only, how far or how long its been since u did something. Like change oil or how far you drove, etc. Is this wat u have? Its a very simple feature, very basic!

As other guru mentioned if u have problem (do u?) Than take to a local large auto parts chain. A lot have free analyzing of a code on 'check engine' light
