5.7L V8 engine question

My friend's 1998 Silverado 1500 usually runs great, but this week it started
starting hard and running rough. I thought gas problem and put seafoam in
tank, no help. I then replaced spark plugs/coil, no help. Do you guys have any
suggestions on what might be the problem?

Have you tried looking for a vacuum leak somewhere? That is what was causing my truck to run so rough.
