Changed modules in distritor now it runs but not firing right.

Ok I have @ 1991 z71 1500 with the 350 so it
stopped firing I changed the module in the
distributior with the button an a cap ok now truck
runs but if I get going down the road it lags a lil like
it not firing real good then it will clear up run fine

Check the condition of your spark plugs and wires. Replace if they show signs of degradation or wear.
