Why am I getting these codes are my catalytic converters
plugged up?

HI I need some help please on my 2001 silverado 1500 truck every time i punch on my gas smoke comes out the tail pipe, when i bought this truck on offer up the original owner told me that bank 1 and bank 2 sensor needs be replaced can this be the cause of the smoke
