What to do if your 1997 Chevy Silverado 1500 engine is sunk under water and it has dried out for a week battery charged getting fuel pressure and spark plugs are fine but it still will not start

If there is fuel to the fuel rail, and meaning no water in it,and you have fire at plugs, distributor dryed out good, and the oil drained and new oil in engine, may be the distributor module is bad or the crank sensor, there are a lot of electrical components that if got wet will short out, including the ECM.
Your computer should be mounted under the hood. If so and it was submerged then you probably shorted something out. Have you checked your fuses?
Spark plugs getting fire? So many things this could be. Pull distributor cap and inspect and clean. Squirt starter fluid into top of throttle body see if it fires. If it does then you are not getting fuel. Any engine codes?
