My 2000 Chevy Silverado C 1500 drives fine will
not shift from 3rd revs high RPMs but does not pull
or shift

Your shift solenoid could be bad. I had the same problem in my 1999 Chevy Silverado 2500. It was pretty inexpensive to fix if you do it yourself and is fairly easy to do so. I would check and try that first.
