Seized rear disc brakes

I have a Chevrolet  Silverado Z71 that has been
parked for at least 5 years. The truck will start but
will not move but a few inches in drive or reverse.  
All of the brake rotors are severely rusted. It feels
like the rear rotors and calipers are seized. It that
possible? If so what should I do, is there any thing I
can apply to free them?

Yes, it's very possible. I have two vehicles that I don't drive much and just sitting for a few months allows some rust to form on the brake rotors! After sitting for 5 years the entire brake system will have to be carefully checked out. Calipers, rotors, and possibly the metal brake lines will need replacement. Hope that helps! Jim
