service 4 wheel drive light is on

Service 4 wheel drive light is on I changed the switch in the dash twice it did not work. it's a 2000 Chevy Silverado if anybody can say what to do next it would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check the fluid in your transfer case. You may also want to check your PCM their could be a fault switch or something like that. to get the code(s) you will need a Tech. 2 to pull the codes.
