2000 silverado: Why can I not accelerate past 30mph?

Truck went from highway speed to sputtering to a crawl a week ago. Replaced the fuel filter to start, air filter, fuel treatment followed. After a test drive, acceleration continues to sputter out at 30mph or about 1500rpm, runs relatively smooth at idle but bogs out with any press of the gas pedal. Fuel system issue or air flow issue?....hoping to avoid fuel pump replacement as the tank is at 3/4...

Check for engine codes. If no codes, check the catalytic converter, it mught be plugged up

Had a similar issues on another Chevy (older model Camaro). It might not be your problem but similar issues and symptoms and switching out the throttle position sensor did the trick for me after going through all the fuel related fixes. It’s only a $25ish dollar part so it might not hurt to look into
