Will it damage your engine if you run direct
12volts to each coil pack bypassing the
EMC?

This won't do anything at all. Unless you have carefully timed pulses going to the coils then engine will not run.

Could you be more specific? I had to run a 12 volts wire to each coil on 1,3,5,7 now the truck seems to be running fine. My question is will there be long term damage?
