Well thank you for the help I'll try some different things see what happens and I know I'm going back to stock tires

Well I tried it and still doesn't downshift going up hill like I said it has 6 in lift with 23 in wheels and just doesn't shift until I floor it going up hill

What u said the light on with ground cable off nothing happend still runs like sh*t won't down shift going up hill unless I peddal down decent amount and it started of at almost a surge after I tried what u had said
