all guages quit except charge and oil pressure in my 01silverado,what is the cause?

i just replaced the motor in my 01 silverado. drove the truck yesterday, everything was
fine.while on my way to town today all the guages quit except charge guage and oil
pressure guage. how can i fix this?

Check the wires from the cluster through the firewall all the way to the engine making sure to look for broken, pinched, corroded, shorted to ground wires. Make sure all the connections are tight, including at the cluster. Check all the fuses related to the cluster/gauges.

Figured it out..someone had a wire run to the fuse box running glow lights and it almost shorted out my whole cluster. Thanks for the help!
