Anyone know what could be wrong when Engine light is flashing took to AutoZone and it says it's the knock sensor camshaft sensor and oxygen sensor where are these located

The knock sensors are on both sides of the block, the cam sensor is in the timing cover, and the oxygen sensors are behind the exhaust manifolds in the in the pipe. This diagram should help.
Flashing means there is a server misfire. The oxygen sensor codes are probably just in response to that and should be the last things changed. I would focus on the cam sensor and knock sensors. If the o2 codes persist then change them but only if no other codes are present. Also the actual codes (ex:p0420) would be more useful for us to diagnose. As there are several "O2 codes"
