Trouble shooting Chevy 1500 clutch problem

2001 Chevy silverado.haveing to fight clutch to
shift.double shifting or mashing clutch pedal twice
usaully works but a lot of pooping and weird
sounds after engageing.once in gear no noise of
any kind question is is it a seal? (Not looseing any
fluid),clutch pedal or good forbid fly  wheel or
pressure plate?
