Can't get truck out of park and I am pushing break down

Hi , i have a quick question : 2005 Subaru Outback just flushed out , idling very low and not capable to move . I was told that piston 1 and 3 had a oressure if 60 psi. I had the car open and check it , the heads out of 1and 3 puston were shot . Mechanic gave me several options including the very expensive rebuilted engine , hiwever , we decided that the least expensive repair was to have yhe head and cylinders rebilted and while at that replace the time belt , good decision and good suggestions from the orivate top mechanic in my area . the cost of repaur abd labor will be aporoximately $2,000. When all done and put together ghe head with rebuilyed heads and valve in the damaged piston , i should be good for a while . Any suggestions ? is that a good deal if all will work properly ?
