Hello,
I have a 2002 Chevy Silverado, my question is I can turn on the heat but
when I change the heat setting to windsheild the heat only comes to your
face, when you set it to feet the heat only comes to your face, no matter
what setting you set it on the heat only comes to your face?

The Vent Mode Door Actuator is not switching due to no signal from climate control switch or bad actuator motor or door is stuck in one position.
You would have to look at your manual or google it. Different makes are a little different. Start by checking all fuses. If fuses are ok, check climate control switch to see if it's actually sending voltage to the actuator
Make sure you don't get confused with blend blend actuator. The blend door is what controls the temperature. Vent door actuator controls where the air blows. I'll see if I can find u a how to replace video
Here's a link to one for a 2002 Suburban but should be the same as yours, just ignore the first 6 minutes cause he's taking a bout the blend door at first. https://youtu.be/pgadjXyqjbA
