My 2002 Chevy Silverado makes a loud clicking noises while it runs. It get
louder when I turn the heat on. It sounds like the noise is coming from the
vent.

Pull the blower motor and check it out, probably the squirrel cage rotating and hitting something, make sure there is no obstructions up in where you pull the blower motor from, leaves etc. or the blower motor is shot.
