Would this feature cost me as it should come with my car?

Question type: General

Hello everyone. I recently purchased a 2025 encore gx st and the climate
control is not showing up on the infotainment system. Similar to that in this
video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mf7tp-ici_o&t=24s However
acoording to the manual page 147 https://www.buick.com/bypass/pcf/gma-
content-
api/resources/sites/GMA/content/staging/MANUALS/9000/MA9150/en_US/2.
0/25_BUI_Encore_GX_OM_en_US_U_85602505B_2024MAY24_2P.pdf it
shows that the st model should have the option to control climate on st
models. They even have it on the official website showing the st model being
able to control climate through the infotainment system.
https://www.buick.com/suvs/encore-gx I have scheduled a appointment with
my nearest dealership to look into it but based on all the videos I have looked
at they all dont have the option to control climate. I don't see a single post
online about this problem so I'm not sure if I'm the only one that noticed it or
if nobody knew it was a feature that was advertised and written and the
owners manual. My question is would I be charged for diagnosis and labor to
get this feature on my car?
