If you have ABS, you may still have air in the lines and won't be able to fix it without a machine or expert knowledge of how to override the system to flush it fully. Also, you might have a leak. It may be time to bring it in to a reputable shop and have them do a complete brake line flush with the machine.

Did this problem of brakes going to floor happen before or after the work you had done ?

If it happened after doing all that work check the wheel bearings again lift front tires of ground and grab tire first side to side shake tire then top to bottom if it has play tighten bearing. Trust me if bearing is loose it will cause the brake pedal to go to floor i found this out about two hours after doing a brake job pedal keep going to floor then customer told me he just had the wheel bearings done checked bearings the way I explained to you earlier and one was loose tighten bearing and brakes worked.
Master cylinder, unless it's leaking fluid none of those other parts would fix that issue.
